These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BubbaShop website and your purchase of products from BubbaShop.

By accessing the BubbaShop website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "BubbaShop", "we", "us" and "our" refer to BARC & Co. Private Limited. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or user of the BubbaShop website.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information and modify product specifications where necessary.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative product or provide an appropriate refund.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on BubbaShop are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by us.

Where applicable, GST and other mandatory charges will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order.

An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and, where applicable, successfully processed payment.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product description error;

  • payment cannot be successfully processed;

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. BubbaShop does not normally receive or store your full payment card details where payment is processed through such providers.

You authorise us and our payment service providers to process payment for your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

BubbaShop delivers to locations within Singapore where delivery is available.

Applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

8. Returns and Refunds

BubbaShop does not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong size or no longer wants the product.

This policy is particularly applicable to baby and children's products where hygiene, safety and product integrity are important considerations.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under applicable Singapore law.

9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.

We may request photographs, videos or other information to assist us in assessing the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the applicable requirements, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

10. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the warranty is subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms and conditions.

BubbaShop will provide reasonable assistance with applicable warranty claims.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes and vouchers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes;

  • promotions are subject to product availability; and

  • BubbaShop may withdraw or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary.

Any promotional terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that promotion.

12. Website Use

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • introduce malicious software or code;

  • copy or reproduce website content without permission; or

  • use the website in a manner that may damage BubbaShop or its customers.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the BubbaShop website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BARC & Co. Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit such content without our prior written permission.

Our website may use third-party services including payment processors, delivery providers, analytics services and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BubbaShop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, telecommunications failures, labour disputes, government actions or other unforeseen events.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
