BubbaShop sells products from a range of manufacturers and brands. Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the applicable warranty terms may vary depending on the brand, product and date of purchase.

3. Warranty Period

If no warranty period is stated, customers may contact BubbaShop at contact@bubba.sg to enquire about the applicable warranty.
4. Proof of Purchase
A valid BubbaShop order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.
The warranty generally applies to products purchased directly from BubbaShop and may not be transferable unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
5. Making a Warranty Claim

6. Warranty Assessment
BubbaShop may assess the product and, where necessary, liaise with the manufacturer or authorised distributor to determine whether the issue is covered by the applicable warranty.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

troubleshooting or technical assistance;

replacement of a component;

repair;

replacement of the product; or

another remedy offered by the manufacturer.
The final warranty remedy may depend on the manufacturer's warranty terms and the nature of the issue.
7. Return of Products for Warranty Assessment
If a product needs to be returned for inspection or warranty assessment, BubbaShop will provide the customer with the relevant return instructions.
Customers should not send products to BubbaShop without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Where a warranty claim is approved, BubbaShop will advise the customer regarding any applicable return or delivery arrangements.
8. Products Not Covered by Manufacturer Warranty
Not all products sold by BubbaShop will necessarily carry a manufacturer's warranty.
Where no manufacturer warranty applies, this does not affect any rights or remedies that may be available to the customer under applicable Singapore law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Singapore law.
A manufacturer's warranty is additional to, and does not necessarily replace, any statutory rights or remedies that may apply to your purchase.
